You agree to provide us with accurate shipping details. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages if you provide incorrect information.

PURCHASES:

All purchases are final. Returns will not be accepted, except in the case of a faulty product. If you receive a faulty product, please fill out the warranty form, and we will be in contact with you within 1 business day to arrange a return.

WARRANTY:

We are happy to resolve any warranty issues. Please fill out the warranty form and someone will be in touch with you within 1 business day.

RETURNS:

All returns require an original proof of purchase. If you cannot provide this, we cannot accept a return. Please email us at info@sydneyvaporizers.com.au and we will direct you on how to return your product.

PRICING/PAYMENT

All prices on SydneyVaporizers are in AUD and include GST. You will be charged in AUD. You agree that you are the authorised holder of the credit card used to make a purchase on SydneyVaporizers
