RETURNS:
At Sydney Vaporizers, we aim to provide the best possible customer service. We aim to ensure that your purchase experience is an enjoyable one.
BROKEN UPON ARRIVAL:
If your item was damaged in transit, and has arrived to you broken, do not worry. Please send us an email with a picture of the damage, and we will send you a replcement item right away!
CHANGE OF MIND:
If you change your mind, no problem! You can return your purchase in its original packaging unopened within 30 days of purchase, and once we have received the package back in resaleable condition, you will be offered either a full refund, or a store credit.
WARRANTY:
Some of our products come with a manufacturers warranty. These manufacturers will require you to provide your model number and receipt of purchase. If you need help claiming a manufacturers warranty, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help.
If you have received a faulty product, please fill out the warranty form, and someone will be in contact with you within 1 business day.
