On 29/01/2025, the TGA updated the rules regarding the supply of dry herb vaporizers to patients in Australia. All the information can be found here:
The new update states: The ONLY devices that can be sold over the counter, WITHOUT a script to patients, are devices that are registered on the ARTG (Mighty Plus MEDIC and Volcano MEDIC 2). All other dry herb vaporizers including the TINYMIGHT 2, are now considered to be 'UNAPPROVED THERAPEUTIC VAPING GOODS' and the ONLY way an 'Unapproved Therapeutic Vaping Good' can be supplied to a patient in Australia is through the SAS or AP pathways.
Any Licensed importer of the Tinymight 2 must report 6 monthly to the Office Of Drug Control as to where all sales have gone, and all sales must be accompanied with evidence of a SAS-B approval for the Tinymight 2, before the device can be supplied to the patient.
